We, at Two Hip Moms, make every effort to offer you items that are easy, comfortable and of course, hip. We only sell items that we have tried and used with our own children and feel compelled to offer them to other parents.  We strive to offer you a good selection of quality products to meet all your babywearing needs.

Ordering info

As a WAHM, we try our best to keep a fair selection of styles and sizes in stock.  We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard through Paypal.  We also accept Cash, Personal Checks & Money Orders.  And if you're hip to the game, we appreciate funded Paypal payments.  ;)

Shipping

We ship using USPS First Class/Priority Mail.  Most in-stock items will ship out within two business days but can take up to 7-10 business days.  If for some reason, your items are not in stock or your shipment will be delayed, we will notify you by email within 48 hours.  Orders can also be picked up or dropped off locally in the Greater Puget Sound area depending on availability and schedules (we're mom's too!).

We do ship to Canada and other international countries, please contact us directly at info (at) twohipmoms (dot) com, and we'll send you a shipping quote. Please be advised, however, that our international customers are responsible for all customs fees and import taxes imposed by their country's government. 

Exchange & Return

It can take some time to master wearing your baby.  If after you have read through the instructions and have viewed videos that are available and are still frustrated, call or email us.  We will try our best to help you get the right fit and comfort. 

If you are not completely satisfied with any item you buy from us, you may exchange or return it as follows:

    In-stock items

Unworn items with no flaws and must be in sellable condition, may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.  Returns & Exchanges will be accepted only if the item is still in NEW condition. A $5 restocking fee will be applied to your return of each item. 

   Drop ship or special orders

Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 7 days of the shipping date, assuming that the item is still in new condition, unwashed and unworn.  A 30% stocking fee will apply.

If there are flaws that are the fault of the manufacturer, please contact us to discuss options.

Original shipping will not be refunded and return postage will be your responsibility.   If we find that the item is not in sellable condition, you will be notified and a refund will not be issued.  Additional shipping charges will apply to items for exchange.

Please use good judgment and always put your baby's safety first.  

Slings and baby carriers are intended for babies and children under 35 pounds, unless otherwise noted. It is not intended to use while in a vehicle or while the wearer is riding a bicycle, operating heavy machinery, participating in sports, or doing anything else that could cause harm to the child or cause the child to fall out of the carrier.  Use caution when using the carriers near open flames or high heat.
